ESOP membership can begin early on in the careers of most Scotty's employees, beginning the process of accumulating for retirement. Once enrolled in the Houchens Industries ESOP, an employee joins more than 15,000 members from more than 25 other diverse companies whose earnings all contribute to financial security for the group.
