We come from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Each of us brings a unique set of skills and knowledge to our role within the company. Scotty’s leadership team is made up of industry veterans with decades of combined experience building many of Kentucky’s most influential roadway projects. Their knowledge of state regulations and resources, paired with advanced engineering techniques, help to drive Scotty’s growth in our region.
Our team members at Scotty’s play an active role in improving our Kentucky communities, both on the job and off. We involve ourselves in numerous community service projects every year, ranging from food and clothing donation drives to volunteer events. We do it because we live here. As residents ourselves, we believe it’s our responsibility to offer help to our neighbors when it’s needed.
Over the years, we’ve formed relationships with charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity, The Salvation Army, Ronald McDonald House, and more. These partnerships build lifelong ties within our communities and remind us of the value of getting involved.
Scotty’s continual success has enabled our team to grow from a handful of grade crews starting out in 1972 to a current total of more than 600 full-time employees, each of whom is responsible for our reputation as Kentucky’s premier contractor and material supplier.
